Overview

The Zucker Group is a team of professionals seeking to acquire and manage the operations of a stable, established services or light manufacturing company located in the United States.  We are actively seeking a profitable company with strong management, recurring revenues, predictable cash flows, and a sustainable competitive position in a growing industry.  Target companies will produce annual revenues in the range of $10 million to $30 million. 

Using the search fund vehicle, The Zucker Group provides owners and managers with a compelling alternative to more traditional exit options.  In traditional transactions, financial buyers add an investment to their portfolio or strategic acquirers absorb an asset into one of many divisions of their own enterprise.  The Zucker Group will take a day-to-day operating role within an acquired company to build and improve the business.  We will work with current owners to ensure minimal disruption to customers, employees, and suppliers.  We are very sensitive to the transition wishes of proprietors and strive to make this transition as seamless as possible. 

Our competitive advantage is our team.  The founders, together with their limited partners bring to the fund a unique and diverse set of skills and experiences that will contribute to the search for and operation of an appropriate target.  Collectively, they bring together hundreds of years of experience in services industries, including significant operating experience.  The founders have assembled an investor base with expertise in locating and evaluating attractive businesses, successfully executing acquisitions, and building and operating companies.
